Former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day may be close to signing a new deal with Akon ! While the rumor has yet to be confirmed or denied, sources are claiming the recent Playboy featured singer is likely to be joining Colby O’Donis at Akon’s Konvict imprint. As recent as December, O’Day had referenced working on her solo debut in the studio, telling MTV: “I’m in the studio being creative. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to express myself in writing and trying different ways of performing on tracks and different styles of music.”
