R&B/soul singer Jill Scott is ready to ring in 2009 with wedding bells ! The former “Hate On Me” singer is not only expecting her first child in April, but she’s also plotting a fabulous winter wedding. Scott will reportedly ‘jump the broom’ with Lil John Roberts, who proposed in June of 2008. Scott’s wedding, her second, will take place next weekend, according to BV Buzz. As previously reported on Singersroom, Jill Scott revealed her pregnancy during an interview for her latest project “The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency,” set to air on HBO. Congratulations Jill !!!
