Beyonce regained her thrown atop the Hot 100 Thursday. “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” flipped for a second time (2-1) with T.I. and Rihanna’s hit single “Live Your Life” (now at no.2) while Britney Spears’ “Circus” slid down the chart to no.4. Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance” featuring Colby O’Donis continued to rise this week, landing at no.3 while T.I.’s other single “Whatever You Like” rounded out the top 5. Thanks to promotion and rise in radio play, Jamie Foxx’s new single “Just Like Me” became the week’s top debut, rocketing to no.75 on the Hot 100 chart. Foxx’s former “Golddigger” partner, Kanye West, had his own moment on the chart as the single “Heartless” moved from 16-7 thanks to 103,000 downloads in the United States. On the R&B chart, Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” ends up being #1 for the fifth consecutive week. – Nielsen SoundScan
