According to Nielsen SoundScan, Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” is the best-selling seasonal ringtone of all time. The classic record has been downloaded 37,000 times this week alone. Released in 1994, “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has re-entered the Billboard and UK singles charts three times (2000, 2005, 2006, 2008). “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has moved well over 1.4 million copies since its release, not including ringtone sales.
