Beyonce has sealed the deal over at Rolling Stone where “Single Ladies” has been named Single of the Year. Beating other noted singles including Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop”, Beyonce’s “Single Ladies,” produced by The-Dream and Tricky Stewart was billed as “irresistible and exuberant”. Rolling Stone goes on to say “the vocal hook is stormy and virtuosic, and her lesson is blunt: Seal the deal. With a shiny ring. Or else.” Santogold’s “LES Artistes” came in at no.2 followed by singles from Estelle (American Boy), Coldplay (Viva La Vida), T.I. (No Matter What), Rihanna (Disturbia), Al Green (Lay It Down) and Young Jeezy (My President).
