Beyonce’ s new album “I Am… Sasha Fierce” has been flying off shelves at a rapid rate since Tuesday. According to Hits Daily Double, the “If I Were A Boy” singer’s album will hit #1 with well over 500,000 copies moved. Crediting Beyonce’s extensive promotional jaunt that included stops by 106 & Park, TRL (Finale), Saturday Night Live, World Music Awards and AOL Music Sessions, Hits Daily Double says to expect sales up to 550,000 copies. While Beyonce’s numbers are impressive, the “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) singer’s debut week may not be enough to trump Country sensation Taylor Swift, who at 18, moved well over 500k this week. In related news, Slim of 112 is predicted to debut with sales near 30,000 – 40,000 copies. As previously reported, Slim’s “Loves Crazy” and Shontelle’s “Shontelligence” joined Beyonce’s “I Am…Sasha Fierce” on shelves Tuesday.
