As unlikely as it may sound, Jennifer Hudson has one special friend in her corner who just happens to be fronting the bill for her security — Donald Trump. According to recent MSNBC report, Hudson and some of her family members have been staying at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago where the “You’re Fired” reality star is picking up the tab. âThey are safe,â Trump told People on Monday night. âSheâs a great girl and weâre protecting them well.â Hudson has been staying at the hotel since arriving in Chicago on Oct. 24, the day her mother and brother were found murdered at their home. Since checking into the hotel, the Oscar winner and former âAmerican Idolâ star has rarely left the hotel. âShe is still in shock,â a source told E! âShe hasnât gone out much at all and has a lot of security around her.â
