With the release of “Keeps Gettin’ Better” next week, Christina Aguilera is teasing fans with news of her next studio album, the follow up to 2006’s “Back To Basics.” Slated for release next year, Aguilera’s as-yet-untitled project will take the star into uncharted territory with futuristic, robotic and computer sounding vocals. “With this new album, I wanted to go in a completely opposite direction-a very futuristic, robotic sound and computer-sounding vocals. I’m experimenting with my voice in ways I’ve never done before, almost like a technical, computer-generated sound, which is different for me because I’m the type of vocalist that just belts. I’m always inspired by new things because I get bored.” As for the Grammy Award-winning star’s “Keeps Getting Better,’ it features several hits including “Beautiful,” “Dirty,” “Come On Over,” and “Hurt”. “Keeps Getting Better” ( A Decade of Hits) will be available through Target stores Nov. 11.
