Hollywood actor Terrence Howard admits he was just as surprised as fans to find out that his role in ‘Iron Man 2’ had been recast — in fact he found out when the rest of world received the news. “It was a surprise of a lifetime” Howard told NPR Monday. “I read something in the trade (magazines) implicating that it was about money or something, but apparently the contracts we write and sign arenât worth the paper that theyâre printed on, sometimes” the star fumed. As previously reported on Singersroom, Howard’s role had been given to Don Cheadle who will appear in ‘Iron man 2’. Howard was rumored to have had a three-picture deal with the studio. That deal appears to have disappeared according to Howard. “Promises aren’t kept, and good faith negotiations aren’t always help up.. (The contract) just.. up and vanished.”
