TLC member and iconic female rapper Left Eye’s unreleased recordings are set for release in November featuring a bevy of collaborations with Missy, Tupac, Lil’ Mama, Bobby V and more. Slated for release November 11th, Lisa “Left-Eye” Lopes’ posthumous album entitled “Eye-Legacy” will feature 12 unreleased tracks along with a series of re-tooled and remixed songs from her limited edition international release, Supernova (2001). The first cut from the album entitled “Legendary” is slated to become a single of sorts featuring brand new production on her duet with the late Tupac Shakur. Missy Elliott, Chamillionaire, Lil Mama’ and R&B crooner Bobby V also contribute vocals and rhymes to the album. “We hope people understand the message in Lisa’s music and appreciate her as not just a member of TLC, but as a solo artist as well. This album is Left Eye’s musical gift to her fans and adds to the beauty of her legacy,” The Lopes family states. According to a release from Mass Appeal Entertainment, ‘Eye-Legacy’ will also include exclusive bonus material with never-before-seen intimate video footage from Left Eye’s final days. A percentage of proceeds from the album sales will go to support the Lisa Lopes Foundation and her orphanage in Honduras. “Eye-Legacy” is due to hit stores and online retailers November 11th.
