Rapping up the “steamy” video shoot for his new single “Trading Places” this week, Usher seems to have an appetite for women who take control. Calling his video “Hot,” the R&B singer says “The story is, like, wishful thinking for all men to have a woman who takes control and compliments us the way we compliment them.” Featuring a number of intimate moments with a lingerie-clad model, Usher appears focused on bringing the sex appeal back to his latest project “Here I Stand.” The album which was certified platinum recently had somewhat of a rough start this year, with its third single (after the “Love In This Club” remix) “Moving Mountains” stalling out on the charts at #67, the singer’s lowest charting single to date. Issuing a ‘steamy’ video directed by Chris Robinson for “Trading Places,” Usher says “We wanted to do something very forward-thinking.” (video below) While he’s prepping for his upcoming “ladies only tour, One Night Stand,” Usher is reportedly working on his next line of fragrances entitled UR for Men and UR for Women. The fragrances are expected to be more youthful and casual in comparison to last year’s Usher She and Usher He.
