Mariah Carey becomes the latest artist to give uber talent manager Benny Medina the boot this week. Following Usher and Tyra Banks who have both dismissed Medina within the last year , Carey has reportedly begun to severe ties. According to Page Six, Carey has been unhappy with Medina who aided in managing the singer during the release of her latest album “E=MC2.” The “I’m That Chick” singer was reportedly given an extra push to make the decision after she heard rumors that he was courting his former client, and her nemesis, Jennifer Lopez again and thus booted him on Friday. Medina, however, has a different story telling Page Six, “We’re restructuring her company and streamlining it. That’s all.” If the firing is indeed true, Carey will join Tyra Banks, Usher and even Jennifer Lopez who have all fired Medina in the past.
