Slated for an 11-city outing, the âLollipopâ artist backs the so-called final album in âThe Carterâ trilogy, a disc boasting a line up of todayâs top hip hop artists and producers including Kanye West, The Alchemist, Cool & Dre and more. Lil Wayneâs latest single âLollipopâ featuring Static Major tops Billboardâs Hot 100 for the third week.
