Inspired by their well received reunion at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards earlier this year, all seven members of The Time will share the same stage for a summer residency at The Flamingo in Las Vegas. The group which features members Morris Day, Jimmy Jam, Jerome Benton, Jellybean Johnson, Monte Moir and Jesse Johnson will perform at the venue starting June 24th with plans to play at least 15 shows through August 2nd. Since the group formed in the early 80’s, The Time has released four albums including 1984’s âIce Cream Castle,â which featured the chart topping single âJungle Love.â âPandemoniumâ the groupâs last release featured another hit single âJerk Out,â which reached the #1 spot on the R&B Charts and #9 on the pop charts in 1990.
