British Pop/R&B sensation Leona Lewis has reclaimed the Number One position on the Billboard Hot 100 with her international hit single, “Bleeding Love.” Having debuted at #1 with her album Sprit yesterday, Leona is the first British female artist ever to score both a U.S. Number One album and single in the same week. “Bleeding Love” first reached Number One in the week of March 27, making Leona Lewis the first British female solo artist to top the Hot 100 in over 21 years. Now in its ninth week on the charts, “Bleeding Love” is also Number One on the Billboard Digital Songs chart and has sold over one million tracks in the U.S.. More Hot 100: Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop” featuring Static Major jumps 4-2 and is the fastest growing track at radio. Jordin Sparks’ “No Air” featuring Chris Brown rises 7-3 as the fastest growing digital track. Usher’s “Love in This Club” featuring Young Jeezy is up 5-4, while Carey’s “Touch My Body” bounces down to No. 5. Ray J & Yung Berg’s “Sexy Can I” holds at No. 6, while Madonna’s “4 Minutes” featuring Justin Timberlake drops 3-7. Positions 8 through 10 — Chris Brown’s “With You,” Sara Bareilles’ “Love Song” and Flo Rida’s “Low” featuring T-Pain — remain the same as last week.
