R&B singer Usher’s “Love in This Club” featuring Young Jeezy begins a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 amid a static top 4 that includes Chris Brown’s “With You” (No. 2), Flo Rida’s “Low” featuring T-Pain (No. 3) and Sara Bareilles’ “Love Song” (No. 4). Also unchanged from last week are Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop the Music” (No. 5), Jordin Sparks’ “No Air” featuring Chris Brown (No. 6) and Ray J and Yung Berg’s “Sexy Can I” (No. 7), the latter of which is the chart’s fastest growing track at radio. Timbaland’s “Apologize” featuring OneRepublic slides 8-9, while Lupe Fiasco’s “Superstar” featuring Matthew Santos holds at No. 10 to round out the top tier. Rapper Lil Mama’s “Shawty Get Loose” makes the biggest jump on the Hot 100 this year with a 92-19 explosion. The track, which features Chris Brown and T-Pain, sold 72,000 downloads this week, branding it for a No. 9 debut on Hot Digital Songs. The week’s top debut comes from Danity Kane’s “Damaged” at No. 64 after selling 31,000 downloads. The girl group’s second Bad Boy album, “Welcome to the Dollhouse,” is in contention to debut at No. 1 next week on The Billboard 200. On Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Keyshia Cole’s “I Remember” is No. 1 for a sixth week.
