R&B singer/ songwriter Ne-Yo (real name Shaffer Chimere Smith) was arrested early Tuesday for reckless driving in Cobb County, reports TMZ.com.
Georgia police pulled Ne-Yo over after they observed him speeding well over 100 mph in his 2006 Range Rover. He was arrested for reckless driving and for not having a valid license.
Ne-Yo is currently working on projects for Craig David, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Leona Lewis, and he recently confirmed that he has been contacted by producer will.i.am to work on Michael Jackson’s upcoming album. It has also been confirmed that he will be collaborating with Lindsay Lohan on new material.
