Singer Kelly Rowland collapsed on stage early yesterday (Sunday, July 15) in Lagos, Nigeria as a result of dehydration. Her representative, Yvette Noel Schure, said in a statement that the former Destiny’s Child vocalist was taken to an undisclosed Lagos hospital for treatment and was said to be in good at present. She is expected to fly to the US on Monday and will continue the promotions for her “Ms. Kelly” album. The former Destiny’s Child star who just released her second solo album, Ms. Kelly, was in the West African nation as part of The ThisDay Music Festival, which also featured performances by Shakira, Mode Nine, UB40, P-Square, Rihanna, D’Banj, Ne Yo, Asa and Sasha.
