Akon’s “I Wanna Love You” and Fergie’s “Fergalicious” remain No. 2 and No. 3 on the Hot 100, respectively, while Nelly Furtado’s “Say It Right” inches up 5-4, switching places with Akon’s “Smack That” featuring Eminem.
