R&B singer Omarion, who has been a staple to the Scream tour over the years, is set to co-headline Scream 5, joining fellow young superstars Ne-Yo, Pretty Ricky, Mario and rapper newcomer Yung Joc. Omarion will be promoting his sophomore solo album, ” 21 ” on the tour, which kicks off Nov. 22 at Miami’s American Airlines Arena and concludes New Year’s Eve in Washington, D.C.
