It looks like we are not too far away from a Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey R&B duet. The two were on the same stage, on the same set last night at New York radio station Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam concert at Giants Stadium. No, the legends didn’t perform together, but were both special surprise guests of Jermaine Dupri as he performed with Dem Franchise Boyz and Da Brat. Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx and Ne-Yo were among the artists who played to a sold-out crowd, over 52,000 dedicated fans. Co-headliner Busta Rhymes brought out the most surprise guests as he gave shine to Rakim, Missy Elliott, the Wu-Tang Clan, Slick Rick, Papoose, Q-Tip and Rah Digga during his set.
