A lawyer for the woman accusing Bill Cosby of sexual harassment argued Monday that the comedian?s ability to have court documents sealed despite granting numerous media interviews about the case is nothing more than ?celebrity justice.? According to Eurweb, Delores Troiana, the alleged victim?s attorney, mentioned to the court that Cosby has conducted at least three interviews about the case and even poked fun at it during a concert performance, yet has still managed to keep the court documents sealed. “We are being prejudiced. Mr. Cosby went out and sought publicity,” Troiana told E! Online. “Mr. Cosby is not entitled to star treatment.” Cosby’s lawyer Patrick O’Connor argued that the woman’s legal team only wanted depositions and other motions unsealed in order to release “incriminating” and “salacious” information to the public. “They’re attempting to destroy a man’s reputation before trial,” attorney Patrick O’Connor told E! The plaintiff has alleged that Cosby drugged her and sexually assaulted her at his suburban Philadelphia home in January 2004. The judge has previously denied Cosby’s request for a gag order over the case and the plaintiffs’ request to shield the names of 12 other women who say Cosby assaulted them. Source: Eurweb
