Alicia Keys was the musical guest this morning (Sept. 2nd) on the “Today” show, kicking off Labor Day weekend with a splash.
On Rockerfeller Plaza in front of a packed crowd, she sang her hits, “Girl On Fire,” “You Don’t Know My Name,” and “No One.”
She also sang her newest single “In Common” and “Back To Life,” her contribution to the soundtrack for the upcoming Disney biopic Queen of Katwe.

She also talked to Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie about the her new music and going without makeup:
She also inspired host Tamron Hall and male hosts Billy Bush and Al Roker to remove their TV makeup. Keys helped Hall remove her makeup with a few moist towelettes.
