Beyonce received bitter-sweet news Thursday morning. According to Billboard, Beyonce and her alter ego Sasha were not ‘Fierce’ enough to trump T.I. and Rihanna’s hit “Live Your Life”which remains atop the Billboard Hot 100 for another week. After debuting on the singles chart last week, “Single Ladies” rocketed from no.28 – no.2 this week due to moving 204,000 digital downloads. With “Single Ladies” holding strong at #2, Beyonce’s other single “If I Were A Boy” has moved to no.3 on the chart. On the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Songs chart, Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” remains at #1 for the second week followed by T.I.’s “Live Your Life” and Ne-Yo’s “Miss Independent” (no.2 and no.3 respectively).
