In the midst of all the turmoil, Shawn Stockman found a studio off tour to produce and write this song called “How Many More” about his feelings on the current situation involving the tense relationship between police and black and brown communities.
The video shows poignant images of the ongoing struggle as Shawn sings, “We shouldn’t have to die to live.”
Towards the end of the video, Shawn reads a bit of Martin Luther King’s statement he gave before beginning the Montgomery Bus Boycott in 1955.
“How Many More” will be a part of Shawn’s upcoming Untitled EP. Listen to his previous offering “See Love.”
