Earlier this week, RadarOnline.com reported that Janet Jackson’s most recent surgery could be because she has throat cancer, but fortunately, Janet herself says that’s not true.
Yesterday, Jackson tweeted a clip of her song "The Great Forever,” which features lyrics that fit the context of the situation: “I’m just busy livin’ my life / Sources say but where ya gettin’ it / Don’t create the truth ya like.”
The scrolling lyrics are then followed by a statement that reads: "Remember…believe it when you hear it from my lips. The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I'm recovering. My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled. Thank you for your prayers and love."

She still didn’t go into too much detail, but at least we know it’s not cancer! She's sceduled to continue the European leg of her tour in late-March.
