His newest millstone is that his 1982 album Thriller has now reached 30 million albums sold in the U.S., according to his estate!
It was certified 29 times platinum in the U.S. less than two months after his death, and has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide.
Thriller won eight Grammys, more than any album ever, and spent nearly 2.5 years on the Billboard album chart.
