Janet Jackson is in a sharing mood, and her fans are the butt of her kindness. With her 36-date "Unbreakable World Tour" set to launch on Aug. 31 in Vancouver, Canada and her comeback album set to arrive this Fall via Rhythm Nation Records/BMG, the music icon is unwrapping some early gifts.
Taking to Twitter today, Mrs. Jackson shared a snippet of a new song with the caption, "I wanna tell you how important you are to me! Love J."
Lyrics in the 43-second reads: "I lived through my mistakes / It's just a part of growing / And never for a single moment did I ever go without your love / You made me feel wanted / I wanna tell you how important you are to me."
Long time collaborator and producer Jimmy Jam also posted the video with the caption: "A bit of LOVE for the fans. Yes she's listening…. Thank you."
It's unclear if the some will appear on Jackson's forthcoming album. A single, rumored to be called "No SL33P," is set to launch from the set in the upcoming weeks.
