Ciara may be the queen of on-stage lap dances for lucky male fans, but at a recent Atlanta stop on her short tour to promote her album Jackie, the singer had a misstep…literally.
At first, all was going well: During her song “I Run It,” the singer/temptress teased her willing subject by popping and rubbing in an intimate display. But when it came time for the big flip, not only did Ciara have trouble getting her legs up, but whoops! When she did she accidentally kicked the poor fan in the face! Not that the fan seemed to mind: he can now say Ciara kicked him in the face…and it was awesome!
