Rita Ora, who is currently dating rapper Ricky Hilfiger, says she is ready to love again after splitting from DJ Calvin Harris in June. The "Black Widow" singer revealed a bit of her personal story in an interview with Teen Vogue for their November 2014 issue.
'Without complaining, without being moany, because this is what I have wanted to do all my life, I think it's that people may forget I'm just a 23-year-old girl who wants to be in love,' states Rita.
Most people in the music industry, such as Nicki Minaj, talk about settling down one day and finding the right man to have children with. It seems as though the British-singer got bit by the bug as well. This 'Crazy Girl' hints that she wants to 'Fall in Love.'
'And even though I live and breathe my job, I still want someone to want me. That's how every girl feels.'
Despite how she may feel right now, she also highlighted something her mother once said, which was:
“My mum always told me that if you smile, it will make you feel better, and she’s right. She is the most glamorous, gracious woman I’ve ever met. She’s beat breast cancer, had three kids, she’s a psychiatrist, she’s been through it all. So when I’m going through stuff, it’s like, Who do I think I am? I gotta get it together”
Her love life isnt the only thing she's focused on at the moment. Sometime in September, Ora was a trending topic after an announcement hit the press that the singer-songwriter will be replacing Kylie Minogue on "The Voice U.K."
