Nicki Minaj has a total of fifty-one Hot 100 hits.
According to Billboard, the "Pink Friday" star has just extended her reach as the female rapper with the most Hot 100 hits thanks to "Anaconda."
"The song is Minaj's 51st Hot 100 hit, extending her mark for the most among female rappers (Missy Elliott is next with 31) and tying her with Eminem for the seventh-best total among all rappers; Lil Wayne leads the category with 122. Among all artists, Minaj breaks out of a tie with Michael Jackson and also equals Rod Stewart's 51 career Hot 100 entries," reports Billboard.
Debuting at no.19 on the chart this week, "Anaconda" moved 141,000 copies in its first week of release. That total also lends to the song's arrival on the Digital Songs chart at no.3.
"Minaj makes a second appearance in the top three, as her new solo single, "Anaconda," bows at No. 3 with 141,000. She is the first lead act to have two concurrent songs in the top three of the chart since the Sept. 22, 2012 list," reports Billboard.
Minaj is featured on "Bang Bang," a collaboration with Jessie J and Ariana Grande, which is no.2 on the Digital Songs chart this week.
