With only two albums to her resume, it seems Adele has pretty music secured every honor that’s available for a music artist.
Her latest accomplishment is an MBE medal, presented to her by Prince Charles for her "services to music." The “Rolling In The Deep” hitmaker received the honor during a ceremony at Buckingham palace on Thursday (Dec. 19).
"It was an honor to be recognized and a very proud moment to be awarded alongside such wonderful and inspirational people," Adele said in a statement after the ceremony, as quoted by People. "Very posh indeed."
She was named Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire along with English musician PJ Harvey.
Adele is said to be preparing her third studio album for 2014.
