Contrary to rumors, Antonio L.A. Reid says TLC has not been dropped from Epic Records.

The chairman and music industry veteran broke the news via Twitter over the weekend, shooting down talk of the group being booted following their heavily watched VH1 biopic "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story."

"sorry folks- @OfficialTLC have not been dropped by @Epic_Records and yes we @officialchilli and @tbozworld are friends 4 life!," LA Reid wrote via Twitter.

As previously reported, TLC signed a deal with Epic earlier this year and are currently working on a new album.

"You’re always going to disagree about something. It’s a damn record label and he was running it. Of course you’re going to have ups and downs. And just like anybody else, we cuss him out when need be," T-Boz told The Los Angeles Times last month. "But it feels natural, like home. It’s a new day and time. We’re putting LaFace back on the map — again."

Are you a fan of the iconic R&B group TLC? Have you been worried about rumors circulating that they have been dropped from their record label, Epic Records? Well, fear not because LA Reid, the chairman and CEO of Epic Records, has set the record straight.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Reid addressed the rumors and confirmed that TLC has not been dropped from Epic Records. Fans of the group can now breathe a sigh of relief and eagerly await news of their next project.

So what’s next for TLC? Keep reading to find out.

LA Reid Sets the Record Straight on TLC’s Status at Epic Records

You might be wondering if TLC has been dropped by Epic Records, but let me set the record straight: they haven’t. Despite recent rumors circulating about their alleged departure from the label, I can confirm that TLC is still very much a part of our family at Epic.

In fact, we’re thrilled to continue working with them as they prepare to release their highly-anticipated new album. Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas are incredibly talented and dedicated artists who’ve made an indelible mark on the music industry over the past few decades. We’re honored to support them in this next chapter of their career.

Rest assured that TLC remains a priority for us at Epic Records. We believe in their vision and know that their fans across the world share our excitement for what’s to come. So stay tuned for more updates on TLC’s upcoming album, and thank you for your continued support of these amazing artists!

Fans Await News of TLC’s Next Project

Fans are eagerly anticipating TLC’s next project, hoping for new music or a potential tour announcement. After the success of their self-titled album in 2017, fans have been left wondering what the iconic girl group has planned next.

TLC has been teasing new music on social media, but there hasn’t been any official announcement from the group or their label. Despite rumors that TLC may have been dropped from Epic Records, La Reid recently set the record straight and confirmed that they are still signed with the label.

This news gives fans hope that they will hear new music from T-Boz and Chilli soon. With over two decades in the industry, TLC has proven to be a timeless group that continues to inspire generations.

As we await news of TLC’s next project, it’s clear that their impact on music will never fade. From hits like ‘Waterfalls’ and ‘No Scrubs,’ to their recent releases like ‘Way Back,’ it’s evident that TLC is here to stay.

Fans can only hope for more legendary music and performances from these icons in the near future.

Conclusion

So, there you have it. Straight from the horse’s mouth, so to speak. LA Reid has quashed any rumors of TLC being dropped from Epic Records.

Fans can breathe a sigh of relief and continue to await news of the group’s next project. It’s always good to have clarification on these matters, especially when it comes to beloved artists like TLC.

With their long history in the music industry and dedicated fan base, any talk of them being dropped from their label would certainly cause concern. But with LA Reid’s statement, fans can rest assured that TLC is still going strong at Epic Records and hopefully we’ll be hearing new music from them soon!
