After his oldest son, Usher V, 5, got his arm stuck in a pool drain earlier this week, sending him to an Atlanta ICU, Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster has asked for a hearing to contend that her ex-husband isn’t capable to have custody of their two sons. The superstar won custody of their boys last year while Foster has limited custody.
Tameka filed a motion stating that her sons are in a dangerous environment. Usher V was in the supervision of Usher’s aunt at the time of the pool incident; the same aunt in which Foster has had problems with in the past, claiming at one point, she let a stalker into the home with her kids and describes her form of discipline as being too physical.
Meanwhile, Usher V’s condition is reported as having improved. According to a source who tells TMZ, little Usher is alert; he’s talking, eating and laughing with visitors in the hospital.
