Chris Brown is in more trouble this week. Not only did he face Superior Court Judge James Brandlin, who revoked his probation Monday, Brown was also accused of going "ballistic" after a May 12 alleged hit-and-run accident in California.
"I was so shocked that I was speechless," the woman involved in an accident with Brown said in a statement given to the court Monday. "Just a moment ago he was a nice guy. After screaming some insulting nonsense for a while longer, he slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy."
According to the woman (only identified in court docs as Olga G, a recent emigre to the country), Brown snapped after she demanded proper identification, such as his drivers license and insurance card. When he refused to provide that information, the woman said she pulled out her camera and took a picture. That, she says, made him go "ballistic," yelling expletives and grabbing for her camera.
She claims the only thing that stopped him was his alleged girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who told Chris Brown "Don't touch her. Don't touch her." Karrueche also offered the woman her drivers license and claimed the car they were driving was hers, not Chris Brown's.
With the evidence and statement presented, Judge Brandlin decided to revoke Chris Brown's probation, which stems from his assault of Rihanna in 2009. He has not been jailed at this point as the judge opted to let him go free on his own recognizance. District Attorney Mary Murray, who was also on hand Monday, did not demand jail time for Chris Brown.
Another hearing is set for August 16.
