According to new press release, Jennifer Hudson (along with Bon Jovi) has been added to the lineup of performances for President Obama’s fundraiser concert at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Oct. 7. The “Thirty Days to Victory” concert will also host performances by Katy Perry and Earth, Wind, & Fire. More performers will be confirmed and announced in upcoming days.
The President will make a speech, as will the mayor of San Antonio, Julian Castro, who was the keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention earlier this month. The $44 and $100 tickets are sold out, but that leaves the $250, $1,000 and $2,500 tickets available for purchase. Drop $10,000 and get a picture with President Obama and the VIP treatment. Doors open for the festivities at 2:30 p.m.
