This past weekend, Mariah teased her Twitter followers of a “triumphant” week to come. “On the set of the TRIUMPHANT (Get ‘Em) video shoot. Get ready for a triumphant week, we have surprises every day! (sic),” she wrote, and posted a photo of her between takes.
The highly anticipated single is set to release on Thursday August 2, and Mimi has released the artwork for the project. “Here’s the cover of my new single #Triumphant!! World premiere this Thursday, Aug 2. GET ‘EM! (sic),” she tweeted with the picture.
A statuesque Mariah glows in gold for the single artwork. The song is to feature Maybach Music’s Rick Ross and Meek Mill.
Expect to see a lot of Mariah in upcoming months between the release of new music and her role as American Idol judge.
