Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is slated to appear in a just announced interview with Piers Morgan next week.

In a preview from the forthcoming special, Jackson levies serious allegations against Dr. Conrad Murray and talks about life without Michael.

“You know what? I can’t even describe the way I feel about him. He did a terrible thing. And it might have been others involved,” Jackson tells Piers Morgan regarding Murray. “I don’t know that. But I feel that. The only thing he did — for a person’s life, four years in jail is not enough.”

Speaking of her son, Katherine Jackson claims she’ll never get over his death.

“Never. Every morning, all through the day, I think about Michael. If I wake up through the night, my mind is there,” says Jackson. “But — I just miss him. But being a Christian and believing in the resurrection, I feel that I’ll see him again.”

Katherine Jackson appears on Piers Morgan Tonight Monday, May 14 (CNN).

Katherine Jackson has been fighting for justice since 2011, when her beloved son Michael passed away. It’s now been four years since his death and the sentencing of Conrad Murray—the man responsible for administering the fatal dose of Propofol that resulted in Michael’s untimely demise. But Katherine believes that four years was not enough time to serve for taking away a life. She is determined to make sure no other family will have to suffer such an injustice ever again.

This article examines the story of Katherine Jackson, as she continues her fight against Conrad Murray and what it means for families everywhere who have experienced similar tragedies. We’ll look at why she feels four years was too short a sentence and how this case could potentially be used to inform future legal proceedings involving medical negligence and wrongful death cases. Finally, we’ll discuss how Ms. Jackson is using her platform to raise awareness about the importance of holding negligent doctors accountable for their actions.

Conrad Murray may have served his sentence, but he should know that Katherine Jackson won’t rest until there are harsher punishments in place to prevent these kinds of tragedies from happening again—not just with regard to her own loss, but all losses due to medical malpractice or criminal negligence. Join us as we explore Katherine Jackson’s journey towards justice on behalf of all those affected by Conrad Murray’s actions.

Background Of Conrad Murray

Conrad Murray was the former doctor of pop superstar Michael Jackson and faced charges for involuntary manslaughter in 2011. He had been treating Jackson with propofol, a powerful sedative used to treat insomnia. However, on June 25th 2009, it is reported that he administered an overdose which resulted in the death of the singer. The subsequent trial lasted four years as Murray attempted to avoid being held responsible for his actions.

Murray’s defense argued that despite administering propofol, he was not at fault as other factors may have contributed to Jackson’s death; such as long-term drug use or a previously undiagnosed heart condition. As a result of this argument and lack of evidence against him, the jury sentenced him to only 4 years imprisonment despite many believing that this sentence was too lenient due to the seriousness of the crime.

This sentencing caused outrage from fans around the world who felt justice hadn’t been served properly – particularly since there was no closure for them regarding their beloved idol’s passing. In addition, Katherine Jackson (Michael’s mother) also expressed her disbelief at how short the prison time would be for Murray given what happened to her son. This has left many feeling unsatisfied with how justice unfolded in this case.

Impact Of Four-Year Sentence

The four-year sentence handed down to Conrad Murray has had a profound impact on the public perception of justice and fairness. Many feel that such a light sentence is not enough for someone who caused the death of an iconic figure like Michael Jackson. The fact that he was only given 4 years in prison despite the magnitude of his crime, sends out a message to society that those in positions of power and influence have access to special privileges when it comes to being held accountable for their actions.

Furthermore, this decision has highlighted how much more needs to be done regarding criminal justice reform so that individuals are treated equally regardless of their social or financial standing. It also shows how little closure there can be if sentences are seen as too lenient – leaving grieving families without any sense of resolution after losing a loved one due to another’s negligence or malicious intent.

This case demonstrates the importance of having impartial court systems which ensure appropriate punishments are delivered in order to discourage reckless behavior and ultimately protect innocent victims from suffering at the hands of others. Without proper legal accountability, people will continue to take advantage knowing they won’t face serious consequences and thus denying families closure and peace.

Conclusion

I. Katherine Jackson’s Reaction to The Sentence
Katherine Jackson, mother of the late Michael Jackson, has expressed her disappointment with the four-year sentence handed down to Conrad Murray. She believes that four years is not enough time for someone who was responsible for taking a life and she feels that justice has not been served.
II. Comparisons To Other Cases
The comparison between this case and those which involve lesser crimes such as robbery or assault highlights the injustice that Katherine perceives in this situation. There are criminals serving longer sentences than Murray when their offenses were much less severe than his. This discrepancy makes it difficult for Katherine to accept the sentenced imposed on him.
III. A Call For Justice
Katherine Jackson has called upon prosecutors and judges to take into consideration all aspects of a crime before determining an appropriate sentence for it. It is clear from her reaction to Conrad Murray’s sentence that she does not feel he received any real accountability for what he did and wants others in similar positions to be held accountable more harshly going forward.
