Artist Background

Yung Berg, born Christian Ward, is a rapper and producer from Chicago. He first gained recognition in 2006 with his single “Sexy Lady” which became an anthem to many of the clubs around that time. Since then he has released several mixtapes and collaborated with some of the top names in hip-hop including T.I., Lil Wayne, and Usher. His most recent collaboration is on “Shawty You Can Get It” featuring Mia Rey and Driicky Graham.

Mia Rey is a singer/songwriter originally from New York City who now resides in Los Angeles. She began writing music at an early age but didn’t fully commit to her musical career until 2018 when she was signed to Epic Records/Sony Music Entertainment. Her latest release features Yung Berg as well as Driicky Graham on a track called ‘Shawty You Can Get It’.

Driicky Graham is an American rapper from Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2010 he rose to fame with his hit single “No Type” which earned him recognition across the country for its catchy hook and clever lyricism. He has since been featured on songs by artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Ty Dolla Sign, and more recently Yung Berg’s ‘Shawty You Can Get It’. This song brings together three unique voices for one hot record sure to be heard throughout the summer months ahead.

Song Analysis

The song ‘Shawty You Can Get It’ is a high-energy hip hop track that finds each artist bringing their own unique style to the table. Yung Berg is first up on the mic, kicking off the track with an infectious and boastful verse about his success and lifestyle. His delivery is braggadocious yet smooth, leaving no doubt as to why he has become such a respected figure in rap music. Mia Rey then steps in with her sultry vocals, adding another layer of soulfulness to the record before Driicky Graham wraps it up with a catchy hook that reiterates the title of the tune. The combination of these three different talents creates a dynamic listening experience that will have listeners coming back for more.

Lyrically, ‘Shawty You Can Get It’ celebrates female empowerment while encouraging women to take charge of their lives and make moves without fear or hesitation. With lines like “I’m runnin’ this city so you better listen/Don’t need approval just do what I wanna” and “Got my eyes set on greatness/I ain’t scared I’ll get there”, Mia Rey gives voice to those who often feel left out or powerless in society’s male dominated sphere. Likewise, Driicky Graham’s contribution adds even more weight to the message by reminding us all that we can achieve whatever goals we set our minds too – no matter how difficult they may seem at first glance.

This anthem encourages us all to push past any boundaries imposed upon us and live life on our own terms unapologetically. Despite its upbeat tempo, it also serves as a reminder of the importance of standing up for oneself when faced with adversity or opposition from external sources.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Yung Berg’s song ‘Shawty You Can Get It’ is a great blend of R&B and hip-hop. The collaboration between Mia Rey, Driicky Graham and Yung Berg creates an infectious beat that has the potential to be played in clubs all over the world. Not only does it have a catchy chorus, but each artist brings their own unique style to create something truly special. This track shows just how much talent there is in the music industry today.

I think this song really stands out for its versatility; it can be enjoyed by fans of both genres equally. Each artist provides a different perspective on life and love which makes up for an interesting listening experience. With impressive production values and skillful lyricism from all three artists involved, this song will surely remain popular with listeners for many years to come.

It’s clear that Yung Berg, Mia Rey and Driicky Graham are true masters at their craft. They’ve created something memorable with ‘Shawty You Can Get It’, proving that they know what works when it comes to making hit records. I’m sure this won’t be the last time we hear these artists collaborating together – they certainly make a great team!
