Timbaland’s âThe Way I Areâ has finally ended Rihanna’s âUmbrellaâ record setting ten-week reign at the top of the UK singles chart. The Def Jam R&B superstarâs âUmbrellaâ was the first hit to spend ten weeks at number one since Wet Wet Wet’s âLove Is All Aroundâ 13 years ago, but finally toppled from its spot today thanks to Timbaland’s collaboration with Keri Hilson. Umbrella slipped to number three, falling below Kate Nash’s Foundations which stayed at two. Rihanna also had the consolation of seeing “Shut Up and Drive,” the second single from her “Good Girl Gone Bad” album, race 65-18, while the album itself climbed 11-10. The top ten UK singles this week are: 1. Timbaland Ft Keri Hilson – ‘The Way I Are’ 2. Kate Nash – ‘Foundations 3. Rihanna Ft Jay-Z – ‘Umbrella’ 4. Fergie – ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’ 5. Enrique Iglesias – ‘Do You Know’ 6. Hoosiers – ‘Worried About Ray’ 7. Avril Lavigne – ‘When You’re Gone’ 8. Groove Armada – ‘Song For Mutya’ 9. Mika – ‘Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)’ 10.
