It looks like superstar singer Rihanna is still on the hunt to find love.
“I’m not dating anyone right now,” RiRi told Ellen DeGeneres on the taping of her appearance, which will be airing on Monday.
“I’m not dating at all. I’m not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool. It sucks but it is, what it is,” she added.
Last month, the 23-year-old sparked rumors that she had rekindled with old flame Matt Kemp when they were spotted leaving a London nightclub together. After, she was rumored to be dating her “We Found Love” music video co-star, Dudley O’Shaughnessy.
Despite being spotted partying a lot, Rihanna denies even having much of a personal life. In fact, with a sold-out international tour and heavy album promo for her latest album ‘Talk That Talk,’ it is hard to deny that the Barbadian princess has much personal time.
She explained, “Let me say this right, because I don’t want to make it seem like, my work is my everything. I do put a lot into my job. Most of my time if not all of it. It definitely affects my personal life.”
“My personal life is pretty much non-existent. Which is not good, not for the long run. Not for me, not for ‘her’,” Rihanna said as she pointed in-between her legs. “That’s why I stay on Twitter a lot. So I can [converse] with my fans. Because I don’t get any booty calls.”
Aside from a busy schedule, being dubbed a title such as “The Sexiest Woman Alive” by Esquire magazine makes it extra difficult for Rihanna to meet the right kind of guy.
“I can’t have guys that are intimidated by me. I like men that are more aggressive but mysterious but I like a man to be very sure. I like them to be sure of them selves and know that you’re the man,” she revealed to Ellen.
She added: “I’m the lady and the only way for us to make this work is for us to play our roles. You know, I can’t really be the man for you. I don’t want to have to be. I’m the man at work all the time.”
