Jay-Z and Lady GaGa have just been revealed as the latest round of performers set to step foot on the MTV Video Music Awards stage. Slated to air September 13, the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will also feature performances from Green day, P!nk, Taylor Swift and Muse. Also featuring presenters Chace Crawford, Nelly Furtado and Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester, the forthcoming ceremony will return to New York City’s Radio City Music Hall after spending the last few years in Miami and Las Vegas.
