Usher’s soon-to-be ex wife Tameka Raymond is attempting “to take the high” road, according to newly hired attorney Randy Kessler. “She’s been a loyal wife. She’s trying her best to take the high road and not attack him,” Kessler confirmed Wednesday. Raymond, married to Usher for 22 months, has been quiet for the most part since the Grammy Award-winning singer filed divorce papers Friday, June 12. While there has been much speculation about Usher’s happiness and alleged stepping out with other women, Tameka Raymond has been left out. However, Raymond’s attorney Randy Kessler wants everyone to understand that his client was devoted to Usher and no one else. “She’s a great mom,” says Kessler. With two sons with Usher, sources say Tameka Raymond may likely remain silent due to hopes of landing a “windfall (divorce) settlement”. Usher and Tameka Foster Raymond are due in court July 15 for their first hearing.
