Keri Hilson can add a Gold single to her growing list of accomplishments thanks to the hit record “Knock You Down”. The cut, Hilson’s third single from the album “In A Perfect World,” has been certified Gold according to Interscope Records. Featuring both Ne-Yo and Kanye West, “Knock You Down” has sold close to 600,000 units in total, with the ringtone for the song also reaching gold status selling over 500,000 ringtones. “Knock You Down” follows Hilson’s spring 2009 hit “Turnin’ Me On” (featuring Lil Wayne) and the fall 2008 cut “Energy”. In related news, Keri Hilson is due to appear at the 2009 BET Awards June 28th where she is nominated for four awards including Best Female R&B artist, Best New Artist, and Best Collaboration. Hilson is also up for a Viewer’s Choice Award for “Turnin’ Me On”.
