Robin Thicke tackles the hardships in relationships on his new single, “Deep,” while his collaborator Nas puts the spotlight on police brutality and social injustice.
The Queens rapper kicked off the track by spitting a thought-provoking a capella verse about the mistreatment of African-Americans before Thicke softens the mood, letting his beau know, “It ain’t that deep, we ain’t gotta lose sleep.”
Thicke is hard at work on a new studio album, which will follow 2014’s ‘Paula.’
