Following his “Typhoon” video, the newest addition to Kehlani’s Tsunami Mob, Maurice Moore, drops his fourth single of the year on Friday via GoodVibes.Co called “Play,” and playing he is not.
Produced by Maurice Moore and co-produced by BNJMN, “Play” is a sweet, reggae-inspired song where Moore channels his inner Kevin Lyttle over a smooth R&B-reggae fusion, singing lyrics like “Tempted to touch, tempted to touch. My little woman, I need you so much.” Not to mention the Patti LaBelle interpolation of her 1984 hit “Love, Need and Want You.”
This has “hit”written all over it!
