Erykah Badu can make you put the "Phone Down," and who wouldn't mind that kind of attention from the Queen? On her new offering, backed by a smooth-hitting hip-hop track, the RnB/Soul veteran uses so many words to delivers the soulful and intoxicating rendition.
"I can make you put your phone down, have your momma thinking you gone missing," coos Badu.
"Phone Down" comes on the heels of the recently released "Hotline Bling," which will both appear on her forthcoming mixtape, But You Can't Use My Phone. Both songs are also dedicated to Drake and his hit record.
Badu recently hosted the 2015 Soul Train Awards, which will air on Sunday, November 29 at 8P/7C on Centric and BET!
