Chrisette Michelle will soon be wishing for “A Couple of Forevers” because she recently revealed on IG she’s engaged! The lucky man in question is producer Doug “Biggs” Ellison, who also is her longtime manager.
According to TheYBF.com, Ellison asked her father for her hand in marriage before popping the question on the rooftop of New York City recording studio "Jungle City" (above).
She expressed her happiness with a post in IG (below), which reads: “I’m so happy to share that I’ve received what I’ve been praying for. I’m over the moon! I may take a moment to live in the moment. When I return to you, I’ll be bringing the greatest art you’ve ever felt from me. This moment shows that true love lasts thru the ups and downs of life.”
Ellison posted an up-close pic of the ring (above) on his IG with the caption, “She said #Yes @chrisettemichele my everything! #Godcan,” he wrote.
