Following last week’s release, “Temperature's Rising,” the self-proclaimed "R&B, Hippie, Neo-Soul, Rock Star," returns with “When You Love Somebody,” an emotional ballad about the effects of true love.
This is definitely DeVaughn’s lane — “When You Love Somebody” is cathartic and serene in sound, and empowering in feeling.
