Last month, during the ESSENCE Music Festival in New Orleans, Jazmine Sullivan linked up with NPR to premiere the brand new song "Stupid Girls."

In unusual fashion, the R&B songstress visited a barber shop, which has been in business since 1948, and performed the cut with an acoustic guitar in a room full of men.

Now, we know barbershops are big for conversations about sports, partying, and so forth, but during Sullivan’s performance, all eyes and ears were dedicated to the returning hit-maker.
